Questions about Logging In 

What should I do if I am registered and have a problem logging into the site? There are no known issues logging into However, if you have a problem logging in, as a first step, try a different web browser. Also, try checking the "remember me" box underneath the log in. Always let our tech team know if you have a problem logging in, and tell us what browser and operating system you were using.

Remember that if you don't confirm your registration via our email confirmation after you register, you will not be able to log in. If you didn't receive your email confirmation request after your registered, or can't find it, please contact our support team.

Questions about the Registration Page (and Subscribing to the Newsletters):

Can I use my email address as my user ID? - At this time, you cannot use your email address for your site user ID. We hope to be able to allow this in the future.

Can other users view my profile? With the exception of your user ID itself, no other users can view your profile information at any point, even when you post a blog comment. Only you and the site administrator can access your confidential profile.

How do I subscribe to the newsletters while I am registering? On the registration page, just check the boxes at the bottom of the form next to the newsletters you want to subscribe to. Scroll your cursor over the orange "i" for a brief description of each newsletter. (Note that if you are already registered with and logged in, you will get an "error message" if you click on the registration page link. Once you are a member, you can change your registration info by using the answers below).

How do I subscribe to the newsletters after I have registered? After you have registered, you just need to be logged into the site to subscribe to the newsletters. Once you are logged in, you will see a "your profile" gray tab on the left hand side of the navigation bar. Click on that, then click the "edit"/"update your profile" link (click on "update your profile.") Then, select the newsletters you want to receive from the three newsletters listed. Again, you can click on the orange "i" next to each newsletter for a brief description of each.

How do I change my newsletter preferences after I have registered? Follow the exact same instructions as the previous question, and you will get to the section of your profile where your newsletter preferences are. Check or uncheck the newsletter

How do I change my profile information after I have registered? To get to your profile information, follow the same instructions previously described: log in, click on the "your profile" gray tab on the left, then click on "edit/update your profile" (select "edit your profile"). This will take you to your profile information, which is collected on two screens. Toggle between them by clicking between the "Basic Info" and "Additional Info" tabs.
